I’m a mum of three, and health, food and family are closely connected in my life. My interest in health has grown through years of learning, my own health experiences and the everyday work of caring for the people I love.

I know how confusing it can feel when you’re trying to understand what your body needs. There is so much information available, and finding what suits you can take time, patience and a fair amount of trial and error. My own experiences have made me curious, encouraged me to keep asking questions and given me a lot of understanding for others working through similar challenges.

Being a mother has shaped my approach too. With a family and a business to care for, I value choices that are practical and manageable. Good food, thoughtfully made products and useful information all have a place in that.

Together with my partner, Dan, and our team, I bring that approach to Precious Organics. Our years in the health and wellness industry have taught us how much people value someone taking the time to listen, explain a product or help them understand their options.

I care about the ingredients in the products we stock, the people who make them and their place in everyday life. That interest also carries through to Swan & Mantis, the Australian health product brand Dan and I run together.

One of the things I value most about Precious Organics is the connection with our customers. The conversations, familiar faces and shared experiences are a meaningful part of this work.
