2. Zinc 30mg (taken with food)

3. Quercetin 500mg twice daily

4. N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC) 1000mg Daily

5. Vitamin D3 5000-10,000mg daily

6. Dandelion Leaf Tea 3 Cups Daily

7. Black Seed Oil 2 Teaspoons Daily

8. Probiofrom 2 Tablespoons Daily
