How do I take Herbal Fiberblend?
Since most people consume less fiber per day than is recommended, you should start out with 2.5g (1 level 5ml spoonful) twice a day. Increase gradually over two weeks according to daily usage recommended below:

68 to 90 kg - 5 x 5ml spoonfuls
90kg and over - 6 x 5ml spoonfuls
Not recommended for children under 12 years.
