1. Feel the feeling/emotion

  2. Ask “what idea/Belief would I have to believe is true about my relationship to the situation in order to feel this way, in order to react like this, in this way”?

  3. Do this while sitting quietly and wait for your unconscious to reviel to you the answer.


Any idea/belief that is not in allignment with you will dissapear because it won't make sense, it will be illogical.
