How to Use

1. Patch test first — apply a little behind the ear or inner forearm and wait 24 hrs for any reaction.

2. Roll the applicator gently over the targeted area (cuticles, nails, elbows, knees, hairline, feet, joints).

3. Massage in for 30-60 seconds to encourage absorption.

4. For skin: use daily or as needed, especially after showering when skin is warm and more receptive.

5. For hair: apply along the hairline or to the ends, leave 15-30 mins (or overnight) before washing.

6. For joints or muscle tension: apply to the area and gently massage in; using before bed can enhance comfort.

7. Keep the cap on tightly and store in a cool, dark place to preserve freshness.
