HOW WE TURN GRASS FED BEEF INTO REAL FOOD PROTEIN POWDER

We begin with grass fed, pasture raised beef cattle from trusted organic and regenerative farms in the Lake Eyre region of South Australia.  We use a clean, no chemicals, no solvents process.  Simply clean water, heat, water, a natural enzyme to hydrolyse the beef and time.  We remove meat and fat from bones, crush the bones and add our own recipe of muscle meat and selected bones to a kettle and slowly enzyme hydrolyse the meat and bone into a concentrated liquor.  From there the liquor is gently freeze dried into a rick powder packed full of protein, collagen, gelatin and complete amino acids that the body needs to thrive.

What is meant by complete protein?
